Inspired by markets of the Mediterranean region and their gastronomic specialties Marché du Sud is a gourmet French market, restaurant, bakery, and wine bar all under one roof.

Marche du Sud, reached out to Indigo Design about increasing social activity within the structure of the site as well as enveloping the restaurant-marketplace fusion within one easy to manage content management system.

Indigo created a simple to navigate site and CMS fully manageable by Marche du Sud, with an integrated blog that can be seamlessly linked to facebook and twitter.

Lyon radiates the humble and unassuming atmosphere of the original bouchon while offering a modern twist on traditional lyonnais cuisine. Capitalizing on the diversity of the neighborhood and the great city that surrounds it, the atmosphere is for everyone all the time.

Indigo worked closely with Lyon’s branding expert Remaud Charmin to develop a site design reflecting the warm, inviting, and intimate nature of the traditional neighborhood french boucheron; along with a CMS that fully accommodates the restaurant’s events, promotions and social networking tools (i.e. facebook and twitter). These tools allow Lyon to take full advantage of viral marketing within their busy metropolitan location in the heart of the west village.

Chef Chris Leahy has created a menu featuring traditional Lyonnais cuisine sourced with local ingredients and enhanced with modern culinary instincts.

To support Lyon’s ever evolving and seasonal menu Indigo also equipped the restaurant with a flexible, menu feature on the CMS. This feature allows Lyon to independently and easily make menu changes, void of lag time and customer confusion, and keep their online menu up to date.

Indigo also maintains weekly support for the Lyon site with Indigo’s Client Relationship Management, assuring the Lyon site is consistently up to date with the most current news, events and providing additional social media and marketing buzz support.

Indigo was elated to achieve a site and branding identity for CountryBred offering unique trips to a country we love, Italy.

Soon to have additional locations in Portugal and Spain CountryBred offers full travel experiences within Piemonte, Lombardia, Emilia-Romagna, Le Marche, and Lazio; each with “unique stays” as intriguing as the regions themselves.  Indigo worked with CountryBred to display the visual impact of these destinations throughout the site while incorporating the memorable branding.

Expanding on the title “CountryBred” Indigo designed a unique mark that encompasses the idea of bread markings, flight patterns reiterating the cutlural weaving that CountryBred provides.

The Indigo team has been a tremendous pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone who has built sites in the past or is launching their first endeavor. Their creativity, professionalism and marketing collaboration has been world class. In addition, the online systems they employ to take you through the website development process have been the easiest we’ve worked with in the third website we’ve built!

Indigo faciltiated Countrybred’s client management system by suggesting Basecamp.  The same project management system we use. CountryBred can manage traveler info while travelers upload photos, journal logs, or general notes.  Indigo also provided Countrybred with a CMS to upload new content and latest European vacation destinations to the site.

On a riverside opening to colossal views of the Manhattan skyline and the George Washington bridge, this charming french bistro offers a variety of serene settings.  From an enclosed terrace, to an outdoor garden, and intimate fireplace lit interiors Le Jardin’s fine french continental cuisine is embraced by an ambiance for every occasion.

Indigo design worked with Le Jardin’s existing color scheme and branding to create an updated website with an easy navigation and a Content Management System to organize the site and allow clients to find specific information about Le Jardin including bar, lunch, sunset or dinner menus and private dining events. The information is easily updated on the management’s side using Word Press.

Of Note magazine provides a platform where art is not bounded or filtered by subject matter, medium or popularity but rather founded on empowerment activism, and social dialogue. The artists and artistic works featured in Of Note demonstrate a commitment to global citizenship and social change.  The mission, of this online publication is to increase participation and improve access to artists and artwork that celebrates people of color.

Indigo was more than happy to work with Of Note and organize their vast, extensive material allowing the variation of artwork and media to be experienced in an accessible and visually appealing way.  We worked with Of Note to develop an online newsletter that would create a clear visual impact and also allow email delivery to be compatible with most emails clients as well as webmail.

Throughout the newsletter readers are provided with the most current as well as previously featured news in art, photography, theater, and dance. Of Note views these art-forms as seamlessly connected. Indigo respected this viewpoint throughout the newsletter design navigating viewers directly from one art-form to the next, from artist to artist.

The Of Note newsletter allows readers to be first introduced to the artwork within the broader context of the featured collection, then receive an a more in depth look at the artists other work and background. Furthermore, the newsletter familiarizes viewers with the respective venues displaying the artwork channeling visitors to explore the extended collection.
