This website is operated by Indigo Design, LLC (“Indigo”, “we”), based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information we collect through indigonyc.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you contact us. Our contact form doesn’t store or send anything by itself. It opens an email draft in your own mail app. If you send it, we receive your email and whatever you choose to include, like your name, company, and message.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what device type they use. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. Google’s handling of this data is described at policies.google.com. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Preferences. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your own browser. It never reaches us.
Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to talk about potential work, and to improve the website. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email us and we’ll help. We won’t treat you differently for asking.
Retention and security
We keep emails as long as they’re useful for our working relationship or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Questions: info@indigonyc.com.
